Return Process

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship the item back.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via DM/phone/email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your bank account.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

we only offer size exchange policy in the same article. The customer is responsible to bear all the delivery charges.
