TAARA – Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience. Please review our exchange guidelines carefully.

Eligibility
• We offer size exchanges only, and only for the same product.
• Defective or damaged items sent by us are also eligible for exchange.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
• All exchange requests, including defect claims, must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange approval, please contact us through:

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Returning the Item
• After your exchange is approved, our team will provide you with the exchange return address.
• If the correct size was delivered but the item does not fit or you wish to change the size, the customer will be responsible for:
• Return courier charges, and
• A re-delivery fee of PKR 250.

When Charges Are Waived
If the exchange is required due to:
• A defective item, or
• An incorrect product or incorrect size sent by us,

Then:
• We will refund your return courier charges, and
• The re-delivery will be free of cost.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

• Customers who make payments via Debit/Credit Card have the option to request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing their order. The payment will be refunded within 7 working days deducting the bank charges.
