1. What payment method do we accept?

We offer Cash on delivery and Card payments all across Pakistan. For UAE customers, Card payment is available only.

2. What is the delivery time for my Order?

For local shipments, standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. For International shipments, standard delivery time is 7-10 working days.

3. What are the delivery charges for Orders?

For local shipments, a flat rate of Rs. 250 is charged. For Intenational shipments, rate starts from Rs. 3500.

4. Do we deliver outside Pakistan?

We offer delivery in UAE.

5. What should I do if I have missed my delivery?

Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and phone number while placing an Order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, your order will be cancelled.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can contact us on Instagram @taarabysamiya to cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement.

7. What should I do if I have received a defected / wrong product or quantity?

You can contact us on Instagram @taarabysamiya within 48 hours of delivery.

8. How can I exchange/refund my Order?

We do not offer any refund policy. Please make sure you order the correct size. In case of any size issue, exchange will be done in the same article only.

Please note that the customer shall pay the shipping charges to send the parcel back to the shipper.
