I had ordered a size Small, and even the packet mentioned Small. However, upon opening, I found the dress is actually a size Medium.

This is very disappointing as the dress was meant to be a gift, and a Medium is of no use to us. I kindly request you to look into this matter as for such a brand such mistakes do not depict a good business being run and is very inconvenient for customers. you don't expect these mistakes from brands who cost what they do.

I am quite surprised at how such a mistake was made. Sending the correct size is the most basic expectation when running a business, and errors like this create a very poor customer experience.
