Extremely disappointed with my experience.
I placed an order and after days of waiting with no update, I had to contact the courier company myself — only to find out the seller had put the delivery on hold due to a “quality issue” without informing me at all.
I reached out to Taara multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram — but received no proper response. The lack of communication is unacceptable. If it were up to me, I would have given a negative star rating.
Would not recommend ordering unless you’re okay with being ignored.
